Our client cleared of causing death by dangerous driving

Our defence team of Daniel Berman, Dwayne Lewis and Malcolm Gibney of Counsel secured the rightful acquittal of Mr P at Bournemouth Crown Court.

Mr P had been accused of causing death by dangerous driving, but bore no criminal responsibility for this tragic accident.
