Kate Green at the forefront of proactive criminal defence

Our client, a man in his 50s and a former soldier, faced multiple charges of  indecent assault. Kate Green's investigative approach and robust preparation of his defence, proved effective once again. After deliberating for just four hours, the jury acquitted our client on all seven counts.

In building the defence case, we traced a number of evidential leads and secured the attendance of a key witness from Scotland. The Jury were provided with a complete picture of the defence and a credible explanation to suggest fabricated allegations were behind this prosecution.
