Selina Goddard, one of our solicitors in the Magistrates’ Court, is renowned for her commitment to our clients and her fighting qualities. Here is a selection of her recent results:-

R V C – harassment case involving texts and phone calls – Selina resisted Crown’s application for a Restraining Order and financial penalty only imposed.

R V M – driving with excess alcohol matter. Despite aggravating features, Selina persuaded magistrates to disqualify for the minimum period.

R V G – the delicate case of a common assault within a family. Selina ensured there was no Restraining Order and the Defendant conditionally discharged.

R V S – Selina was the advocate for a defendant with many previous convictions including a suspended sentence. He left Court without the sentence being activated after a guilty plea to criminal damage and motoring offences.
